Finally managed to transfer website off home server! This means there shouldn't be any more problems connecting to the site. Next in store is to update the vaccinations to 2014 CDC recommendations (done). I also changed the name to the Health Maintenance Screening Tool rather than HMC Screening as I technically don't work for Harborview anymore and I think this new title is more descriptive/less awkward.
1/24/14 Update:
-Removed HTN, since we always check that.
-Removed vaccines we don't commonly assess for (childhood varicella, MMR).
-Added Chest CT for lung cancer screening.
-Some recommendations now give the age when they will be recommended (more useful for long term documentation).
